  Every experience that I have had with Shauna Mickens' State Farm office has been excellent. I've been with them for years since my first vehicle, an old Subaru Outback. Last month it finally came time for the Outback to retire, so I went and made my first official vehicle purchase. The initial financing from the dealership was not ideal as I didn't know what to look for (extras added on that I didn't need, high interest, etc.), and when I called State Farm to update my insurance, they proposed the option of refinancing with them since it was within the first 30 days of my purchase. Feeling far more comfortable with this option after further discussion, I went ahead and initiated the refinance with State Farm Bank. I was incredibly impressed by the whole process and staff, specifically Shauna and Joyce. Throughout the process they were honest, patient, consistent, and thoroughly explained every step for me since this was all new to me. I honestly felt that they went above and beyond.

  The customer service in your office should be the standard by which all other service oriented companies aim for. The phones are answered, the questions get answered and the level of professionalism I receive each and every time I visit your new office is refreshing! Your new auto rates aren't bad either!
