  Older lady at the desk told us we couldnt ship our first class package over 13oz even though eBay has a deal with USPS to ship up to 15.9oz. We tried explaining to her that we have been shipping these daily at the airport post office with no problem. She accused us of ripping them off. She left for about 5-10 minutes only to come back and not help us saying her computer wouldn't allow it. Very rude and incompetent. " I have been doing this for years!" She said. Waste of time.

  By far the most atrocious post office experience of my entire life. The woman behind the desk was immediately defensive and aggressive, rolling her eyes at me publicly, at my request to ship my university parcels. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she refused and then later brought him in. He was both useless to diffuse the situation and unable to answer simple shipping questions. I have never left an establishment that distressed me to the point of tears.

  This office has the worst service. Someone put in a fraudulent hold order for my mail. This can evidently be done with just a name and address, no verification required. Once discovered, the post office would not provide me a copy of the stop order to investigate. I asked to speak to the supervisor at the office. No supervisor would come forward, just a succession of mail carriers. The last one told me I had to file a police report and then call the the US Postal Inspectors who would use the police report to initiate an investigation. I filed a police report - they struggled to understand the "crime". I called the US Postal Inspectors and they did nothing. Latest issue is carrier leaving a blank package notification in my mailbox. Was it a mistake or was he just too lazy to fill out ANY info on the form? Next time the mail service is planned to be privatized and the lazy workforce laid off, they have my support 100%.
