  I don't mind overdraft charges when it is truly the case, BUT when I make a mistake on over paying a bill and have that company refund the payment back into my account to make it right. Cable One was great with that help. MWB failed they charged me an overdraft charge even though I told them the money was being refunded. I called right away and left a message never got a call back. When I went into the back in person to ask that they take the overdraft charge off they said. "I see that we have helped you before so you should go to Cable One and ask them to make it right" Even after explaining to her that it was my fault. I guess if you need my $30 dollars even though you can see how poor we really are then you should keep it. $30 dollars is a lot of money to me right now since I don't really have any income except for the Grandparents grant money $300 each month. I have not been able to work for two years. I hope to get SSDI soon. When I do I will be finding another bank. I really liked my bank until now.
