  I have had a mailbox here for 3 years now, and I love it. They call when a package comes in, the rates are reasonable, and they are very helpful when shipping things. It costs a bit more to ship from here than straight at the post office, but the customer service and one-stop for all my shipping needs makes it worth it, at least for me.

  We bought some small boxed furniture from Mor to sent to Texas (since Mor doesn't have stores there)... The items won't be in until tomorrow, but we were by Postal Annex and decided to stop by to get a general idea for shipping charges. A young lady at the counter was more than helpful and patient in us describing the box to get an idea for shipping rates, but an older man with a manager name tag (who's name I didn't get, but the tag did say manager) pretty much told us they couldn't help us unless we had specifics of the box, otherwise "I have other people in line"... which were 2 other people, 1 of whom stepping up to an open register. Had to bite my tongue to keep from causing a scene in the store, it was SOOOOO embarrassing!! The manager doesn't seem to know that a prospective customer is just as important as one that's in line. I live in Nampa, and would likely gone out of my way from picking up the boxes at Mor in Boise and gone to this store, but manager man blew it since we weren't there to fork over money.

  AMAZON RETURNS: ups will do them for free. This place charges $2.13 for a computer fee? All they did was print a piece of paper. Otherwise the staff is excellent and I would recommend this store to friends and family.
