- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have been an apartment manager for 22 years and have had the opportunity to work for several management companies during that time. I have been with Tomlinson and Associates for a little over 2 years now and believe the company as a whole has proven time and again that they truly do their best to provide professional service at each of their communities. They strive to ensure each community is able to provide excellent customer service to potential residents but even more so to our current residents. In this business we are privileged to meet a variety of different people which is what makes the industry so interesting, so as in any industry, we can not please everyone but we sure do try our best.By Dawna Perry, July 11, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★From what I've experienced, the properties they manage and the staff they employ are great and always go out of their way to make me feel at home. I've had to move around more than once and they have handled it like champs. I recently moved into one of their newly renovated complexes and the level of care and detail that was put into each unit was astonishing. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have been with Tomlinson and Associates since November 2016, when they purchased the GREAT community I manage. I have worked here since July 2010, with 9 months away. Since they have taken over they have recreated an amazing clubhouse and fitness room for my residents and they LOVE IT! The Tomlinson Team, be it corporate, on site managers or maintenance staff have always been available when I am in need and always with no hesitation. They are there for my residents as well. This is the 3rd company to manage this community since I have been here and are by far the best ones!! When you read some posts about individual managers is somewhat disheartening however, it shouldn't reflect the Tomlinson group as a whole...So far so GREAT!!!By Kristine Chase, February 16, 2017
