- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came in bc I needed a copy of my insurance card very important and I tell the girl I need to make a copy from a pdf on my email. She sends me to the computer so I can print it. Here I'm thinking so they can charge me for the copy. Yet they said it was a $1 to use the computer and $.10 for a B&W copy. Is this a misdirect to make more $? I wasn't there for Internet surfing. I tell thr manager hoe misleading it is and in a condescending manner he points to a small sign with computer usage pricing. So had I brought the pdf on a junk drive woukd their be a fee too since I'm technically using the computer? Heck they'd probably try to nickel & dime me for the customer service help. Fed Ex Print l, Staples, Office Depot ALL have a way to get documents off email for FREE! Ups Store get with it and quit nickel & diming customers.By Mark de la Torre, January 29, 2017
