- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible. For three visits in a row this store has casually told me that they can't find my packages. I always have to wait there a long time, sometimes up to an hour. After they see that I'm frustrated they hurry and find them. I have important and expensive business supplies being sent to me regularly so naturally I'm going be upset if they get lost. If this UPS store is going to be so nonchalant about losing people's property then they need to be prepared with reimbersment.By colette hood, October 29, 2016
