- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have only had great experiences with staff and owners. The most recent owner is tremendous. The service for my mail, receiving packages, and sending packages, has been outstanding, and other services have kept on improving, like copies, etc. Most people do not realize that the UPS store uses the USPS (US Postal Service) for most of their shipping, so if there is one drawback, it is that I probably would like that to have been more readily apparent as I was doing business. It's very difficult to track packages on UPS when you think they are being shipped that way, rather than looking on USPS site for tracking.By Carla Parrish Aylworth, September 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to send a small package. The clerk told me how much and I paid it. About 6 days later the package was in MY Mail box saying not enough postage (even though they told me how much it would be). The clerk re-mailed it and no additional cost and told me it should be there the next day. 4 days later it had still not arrived at its destination. I called and asked for the manager but no call back after 2 days (I was told she is too busy to call me, nice right?). Due to their mistakes my company looks bad due to slow shipping and the UPS store is taking no responsibility. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!By John Johnson, March 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This store is ok, staff is nice but the owner is a rude guy who should not be in customer service. Unless its under new management I actively avoid this store for my postal needs. There are plenty of other UPS and POST NET stores around this area.By Matt A, December 05, 2016
