    I went to this office with lower expectation based on google reviews. I just hope they don't act rude, but everything is the opposite from what I expected. The security is friendly, he explained things and what to do. I took the number and sat at 11.40 AM to change my last name on my SS. I got called around noon, the lady behind the desk is very nice and explain things clearly. By the time 12.05, I am done with my need and happy with it. It's a fast and friendly service in this office. Thank you :)
