  Have been a memeber for several years and have no complaints on service at all. Its nice that they have a loan banker available at a Safeway store branch. Although they have changed the tellers around recently, each one makes an effort to remember you name and welcome you with a smile. They are also open on Saterday's from 10am to 2pm which is very helpful.

  I'm sorry to say I had a bad experience at this bank today. :( I've been a customer for over 5 years and things have been ok until recently. Recently I went into the branch 2 times for help with a home equity line of credit, once to close it and once to ask about fees. Both times the person in the branch acted helpless, called a 1-800 number and I sat there for 30 minutes on hold. The Wells Fargo employees say they only originate loans in the branch, they don't service them.

  I bank there frequently as I have a small business in the area. I find the staff consistently pleasant and helpful. I rarely have to wait for service. If I do it's just a few minutes. I give them 5 stars.
